YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. You have 30 days to decide if you will be keeping your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply email us to get an RMA# and then return the item in new and unused condition. Be sure that the item is in its original packaging, include your receipt, and note the reason for the return. All returned items must be received by us within 30 days of your purchase and must have an RMA# written on the box and on the packing slip. We will gladly refund, exchange, or credit (less the original shipping and handling charges. If your item was shipped via our free gound shipping offer, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund). No return parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D. Returns are processed within 7-14 business days from receiving your item.

Your return will be processed faster if you ship using Fedex or UPS. Packages shipped via USPS are not delivered to our door and require us to send someone to a USPS pickup center. This will delay the processing of your return.
