SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free ground shipping to US addresses within the lower 48 states on all orders over $100.00*. Our free shipping offer does not apply to sale items or when coupons or other discounts and promotional codes are used.
Free shipping is for standard FedEx Ground shipping to continental U.S. addresses only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but is not included in our free shipping offer. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, you must choose 2-day or overnight express.
We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO mail boxes.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to most US addresses. If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday your order will be shipped the next business day. We try our best to get your order out the door to you the same day. Most orders placed before 12 noon MST will ship same day. If you are not sure about getting your order in time call us 303-325-3231.
Please note, we are not responsible for items stolen from your doorstep after delivery. If the package cannot be left on your doorstep by Fedex, please make a note on your order and we will request that a signature be required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Our website is only able to calculate shipping charges for US and Canadian addresses only. Shipping charges for other countries are handled on a case by case basis depending on the shipping location. Please contact us via email before placing your order to determine shipping costs and feasibility. Please include your complete shipping address so we can get you the most accurate quote. All freight charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. All international orders will be marked as merchandise. We do not mark shipments as "gifts".
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please be informed that if you use different billing and shipping addresses on your order, there will be a delay in processing your order as we attempt to validate that the order is not fraudulent.
OVERSIZE ITEMS
All oversize items will be charged an oversize handling surcharge of $7.99 in addition to the shipping calculated during checkout. If your order is oversize you will see an additional item added to your cart called "Oversize Shipping/Handling Fee".
KAYAK SHIPPING
Alpine Sports ships all new Kayaks to business addresses for free. This is a cost savings to you of over $150. Our free shipping offer only applies to
kayaks shipped to verifiable business addresses in the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Alaska or
Hawaii, please contact us, prior to placing a kayak order. At this time we are not able to ship boats internationally.
Our free shipping offer is for ground LTL freight service only to commercial addresses. This service typically takes 3-5 business days to most US addresses. Your kayak will be delivered by a freight truck and you will need to be present to take delivery.
Please inspect the kayak for damages at delivery. Once the freight driver leaves your location you will not be able to file a damage claim. Please note any damage on the delivery form and have driver sign the form.
Kayak delivery to a residential address is available for a surcharge. please contact us for a quote.
